Tasting- Veleta Brut Vino Espumoso Rosado NV

This Veleta Brut Vino Espumoso Rosado (NV) is a Tempranillo varietal from Granada, Spain priced at $3.95 a bottle. The Vintage Cellar said, "Rose salmon with copper reflections. Slow rising fine bubble that forms "lace" and "rosary". In the nose is complex and elegant with red fruit, citric, fresh flowers, and noted of dry fruits and dry flowers. Fresh, gentle, and alive. Perfectly integrated "perlage" with serious and subtle flavors of dry fruits, pomegranate and lemonade. Long lasting scent of flowers and herbs". I enjoyed this wine more than I thought I would from looking at the price. The smell reminded me of  popery, and I enjoyed the subtle taste of pomegranates (my favorite fruit) and hints of citrusy lemon.
